Give your body a real detoxification!

Every day, our body has to deal with a multitude of waste, also called toxins. Whether they are endogenous (made by the body itself) or exogenous (of external origin), these harmful substances are partly transformed by the liver in order to be evacuated by biliary or renal route.

However, it may happen that the organs of elimination (liver, kidneys, intestines, lungs, skin), much solicited, find themselves dirty, unable to fully assume their role of detoxification. It is then important to help them to evacuate all the stored waste.

Be alert to the first signs of an accumulation of toxins too large in the body:

In order to give some rest to the elimination organs and begin a "cleansing" of your body , here are some simple tips to put into practice to start your detox:

  • Eliminate refined sugar from your meals (prepared meals, soft drinks ...).
  • Consume with moderation meats and dairy products.
  • Opt for whole foods (whole meal bread, whole rice ...).
  • Favoring fruits and vegetables, some especially have draining and antioxidant properties.
  • Drinking plenty, especially low-mineralized water and herbal teas, green tea also has antioxidant properties.
  • A supplement can provide a significant boost to your detoxification functions.


Did you know?  Citrus fruits, in spite of their acid taste, have an alkalizing power. Like most fruits and vegetables, they provide nutrients that neutralize the acids produced by the body.
