Our detox menus for the after-party

"Detox" is a form of food hygiene designed to cleanse the body of overflow during the holidays. Alcohol, fats, sugars have led the hard life to your body. Follow a "light" diet for a few weeks to purify your body and regain a general well-being.

SORT YOUR POWER ON THE SHUTTER!

Select "good foods" and avoid foods that are difficult to digest, such as fatty and / or sweet foods (cold meats, cheeses, pastries with cream, etc.). Prefer fruits and vegetables, raw or cooked, as well as modes of cooking less aggressive (steam, low temperatures ...) preserving vitamins and minerals. By virtue of their alkalizing properties, minerals can "neutralize" the excess acidity caused by festive meals, often high in fat, sugar, alcohol....

  • Soup of winter vegetables with turmeric,

SEASON WITH ORIGINALITY!

Reduce salt intake during meals that promote water retention and swelling.

Prefer the vegetable oils first cold pressed butter for your culinary achievements. It is best to avoid heating them, so that they retain all their nutritional qualities.

In addition to their visual qualities, spices, herbs and aromatic spices help to make a strong contribution to the flavor of your dishes: vary between curry, paprika, cumin or cayenne pepper. Combined with onion, garlic, thyme or laurel, they can be used to make flavors to infinity!
