Vitamins are essential nutrients for the growth and
development of children and the proper functioning of their bodies.
VITAMINS AND GROWTH
Childhood is a period of high growth: between 4 and 10
years, children grow on average 5 to 6 cm per year!
To support this intense pace, their organization has
special needs micronutrients and including B vitamins and vitamin D.
The vitamin D is vitamin reference regarding growth: it is
necessary for growth and bone development in children. This vitamin is very
