- Moderate external factors favoring the production of toxins: stimulants (alcohol, tobacco, coffee), stress, some medicines, fatty and sweet foods (meats, pastries ...), pollution, chemical additives, dyes, pesticides residues, heavy metals...
- Take advantage of foods that preserve the elimination organs: fruits (lemons, strawberries, cherries, grapes ...), green vegetables (artichokes, broccoli, spinach ...), whole grains, oils rich in omega 3 ...
