The practice of a sports activity is beneficial to promote
blood circulation. Contraction of the muscles of the calves promotes the return
of the blood to the heart by exerting pressure on the venous walls, so that the
venous return is facilitated.
To relieve heavy legs, certain sports are therefore to be
preferred like walking. The higher the frequency and the pace of walking, the
more beneficial you will feel!
Swimming, aquagym or aquabike are also allies of choice.
Leg movements and water pressure on the veins are particularly effective. In
addition, the temperature of the water, lower than that of the body, exerts a
toning effect.
The bike, on the road or on an exercise bike, allows to
lower the lower limbs and to stimulate, with each support on the pedal, the
circulation return of the blood in the veins.
Some sports are discouraged and especially those with leaps
or more aggressive efforts like rugby, football, boxing, or sports activities
like tennis, badminton that are sources of trampling. In general, the
superficial veins of the legs do not like intense and brief muscular efforts.
To relieve the heavy legs durably, consider also to adopt
the right reflexes on a daily basis and to accompany you with the virtues of
certain plants!
