Then, dedramatize! Ask yourself simple questions: Am sure I cannot do it? Is it serious if I fail? What actions can I take to overcome this ordeal?

Opt for the benefits of plants such as Rhodiola rosea that helps the body adapt to emotional stress. It is particularly recommended during stressful situations (examinations, important projects, overworking ...) or overwork.

Of relaxation like reading, taking a bath, listen to music allow to forget the worries and let go.

Finally, the practice of a physical activity (even if it is only to walk) makes it possible to release the endorphins, the hormones of pleasure. If you can, make group outings, sharing and dialogue are beneficial to reduce stress.
